What to expect working with me:
I know it’s tempting to start cutting out all the gluten/dairy/sugar/alcohol/nightshades/fun when you’re on board the baby-making train. But as a board-certified food & fertility nerd with a decade of experience, I know that super restriction just doesn’t work long term and can ultimate do more harm than good.
For that reason, my work centers around inclusion versus exclusion. Showering your body with love + nutrients to get in the hormone groove instead of punishing your body to get it in line.
We use comprehensive hormone testing to give us direction and build up the 5 pillars of fertility to create lasting change so that you can bring joy and pleasure back into your life while addressing the root cause of your health issues.
Each month, we will build up nourishing habits while removing hormone disrupting foods and chemicals to optimize your fertility and put your mind at ease.

Infertility can be lonely, scary, and confusing.
But it doesn’t have to be.
You and your partner have more control over your fertility than you’re getting credit for. Inflammation and hormone imbalance are at the core of most fertility issues and your hormones are directly affected by how you are nourishing your body + mind.
What are your credentials?
I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in dietetics (I know, super food nerd) and I’m a board certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Intrinsic coach.
Can nutrition and lifestyle interventions really work to improve fertility?
I always say, I can never guarantee a pregnancy. Unfortunately, no one can. But what I can guarantee is that we will get your body as ready as possible to get pregnant naturally or optimize your outcomes if you choose to get a little help from the reproductive docs.
There are known hormone-disrupting foods, chemicals, and stressors and absolutely affect your cycles each month and wear out your body. By removing these and adjusting your diet, we can replenish your stores to get you cycling regularly.
Why don’t you offer single visits?
I’ve been doing this long enough to know that meaningful change takes time. I would love to say you’re going to come out of your first session like a shining fertile unicorn but unfortunately, that’s not going to happen. There are going to be times that you’re knocking it out of the park and other times when you’ve eaten the better part of a cheesecake and you’re ready to throw in the towel on the whole thing.
The package structure supports you through the ups and downs and gives you the support you need to make long-term changes. I’m in it for the long-haul, not just the short-term wins.
Do you offer payment plans?
You can invest up front and be done with it or you can pay in monthly installments.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, I am not in network with any insurance companies.
I accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA. If you’re using HSA/FSA, I encourage you to check with your policy provider to make sure health coaching is a covered service.
