Pregnancy is the coolest thing ever but it can also be confusing and scary. Especially if you are diagnosed with high blood pressure or high blood sugars. Your doctor may not have time to go over the nitty gritty with you so you turn to google for answers and end up in a sh*t storm of anxiety. Girl, I’ve been there! I’ve been on those websites. I’ve been in those forums. I’ve been that woman googling Kelly Mom at 3 in the morning because I thought my heartburn was going to burrow a hole through my back. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help women not only survive their pregnancy, but actually enjoy it!

If you are done with the confusion and want solid advice during pregnancy, I’m your girl! Together we will create a food + lifestyle plan to balance your blood sugars, cravings, and get all of your questions answered! Then we see what might be getting in the way (family, stress, schedule, etc.) and adjust your plan so that you enjoy your pregnancy, not just survive it!

Without judgement and a few “you deserve its!” worked in to that plan, the sweets I craved and taught me about timing my proteins. I made it all the way to 40 weeks without insulin and healthy sugar levels. Better yet naturally birthed a 7 lb healthy baby girl. I got diabetes with my second child and again with Whitney’s help did not need insulin.
