IT’S TIME TO DIG DEEPER AND FIX THE REAL PROBLEMS

You’re on the well-worn medical fertility path – testing, drugs, ultrasounds… and IUI and IVF are looming ahead. But despite what your doc may have told you, your hormone balance begins with the basics.

I know that’s not sexy, but it’s the truth. And I’ve got a lot of education and training to back me up: a degree in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University (#GoBucks), a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Ball State University, and post-grad training in intrinsic coaching, motivational interviewing, and women’s functional nutrition. All of this so I can take the pressure off your plate and give you the kind of support you’ve been looking for.

I help kickass women like you jump off the medical train and improve your fertility naturally

Windows open, hot coffee in the winter and cold brew in the summer, moving my body (most days), journaling (again, most days… nobody is perfect, right?)

daily rituals

Watching movies with my family, eating cheese and crackers, sipping on a spicy margarita

YOU CAN FIND ME:

Hustle culture or wasting time on bad food and bad people

I'm NOT ABOUT:

Nature, the power of the female body + intuition, education and experiences, and tuning out the noise so you can focus on what’s important

I BELIEVE IN:

I got into this field because the shit we put in and on our bodies is screwing up our hormones. We need to radically shift the reproductive focus from drugs and procedures to fixing the actual problem first.

You could scour the internet trying to piece together the perfect diet and supplement routine.

You could spend your nights reading research articles, wanting to pull your hair out over deciding if coffee will kill your ovulation.

Or you could sit back, relax (for once!), and let me do that for you.

I’ve done extensive schooling, research, and grown two babies myself so I can take the pressure off of you and your partner. I’m a fertility guru here to guide and support you so you can enjoy the baby-making without wondering if you should have skipped that second glass of wine.

Sleep, food, pleasure, and a healthy environment are the true foundation of your fertility.

Regardless of what you’ve been told, you’re ability to get pregnant is (almost always) directly impacted by the:

  • Food you eat
  • Chemicals you’re exposed to
  • Stress you experience each day

This is good news, because you don’t need a prescription to improve any of these factors.

I was an Academic All Big Ten and a 4-year scholar athlete… so I know a thing or two about being motivated and committed to success. I think we may have that in common, am I right?

I was a member of the Women’s Varsity Swim Team while a student at Ohio State.

let's do this

You’re used to crushing it, but you can’t force a positive pregnancy test result by sheer will. You need a Fertility Nut on your team to help you find some peace, a fertility-friendly diet that doesn’t suck, and make the important hormone-level changes your body needs to have the best chance of getting pregnant.
