You’re on the well-worn medical fertility path – testing, drugs, ultrasounds… and IUI and IVF are looming ahead. But despite what your doc may have told you, your hormone balance begins with the basics.
I know that’s not sexy, but it’s the truth. And I’ve got a lot of education and training to back me up: a degree in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University (#GoBucks), a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Ball State University, and post-grad training in intrinsic coaching, motivational interviewing, and women’s functional nutrition. Sleep, food, pleasure, and a healthy environment are the true foundation of your fertility.

Where I stand on the super important stuff... Agree / disagree?
I was an Academic All Big Ten and a 4-year scholar athlete… so I know a thing or two about being motivated and committed to success. I think we may have that in common, am I right?

You’re used to crushing it, but you can’t force a positive pregnancy test result by sheer will.
